How the World Ends
...in reality, "The Humans" just couldn't find the proper audience.
With no continuing cast, plot developments that seemed to go
nowhere, and the numerous irrelevent sub-plots that developed,
it was doomed from the start. Perhaps if there had been some
attempt to explain how technology advanced so rapidly, it might
have saved its last few viewers, but the leap of imagination
required was just too much a strain on the incredulity of even
the most fantastic of thinkers.
It's no surprise that the show wasn't picked up for the fall season.
Sitcoms are a thing of the past, and confusing ones just won't
get anywhere.
we had a bad
time slot, too.
