The Dr. Seuss Parody Page
This page contains items that are either parodies of Dr. Seuss books,
parodies of the Dr. Seuss style, or just plain have a lot to do with Dr. Seuss.
I try to give credit where possible, but authorship for some pieces is, well,
elusive. If you wrote anything here, or if you have anything to contribute,
feel free to
mail it to me. I love getting
email. I'll even html-ize it for you. I'm also willing to just make a link,
but that has it's own problems...
- Freudian Analysis of Cat in the Hat.
By Joshua LeBeau.
- Dr. Seuss's Inferno. By John Coughlin.
- The Pentium Problem Explained. By Peter Coffee.
-
Reproductive Habits of the North-Going Zax. By Mark-Jason Dominus.
- On the problem of North-Going Zaxen. By Miles O'Neal.
- The Dr. Seuss Purity Test (PG-13). Author unknown. This page is now protected by Surfwatch, and hopefully also
by NetNanny and CyberSitter. If you find PG-13 material objectionable, you may
wish to purchase one of those programs.
- Dr. Seuss meets Babylon Five. By Kevin Freels.
- Dr. Seuss meets Star Trek: The Next Generation. By Dave Fuller.
- Dr. Seuss's New Testament. Author unknown, but reportedly The Kids in the Hall.
- If Dr. Seuss Wrote Technical Manuals. By Gene Ziegler.
- "If a packet hits a pocket". This is actually part of If Dr. Seuss Wrote Technical Manuals above. But people keep sending me this smaller version, so I've just added this one to the list...
- If Dr. Seuss wrote for ER. By Brent Fogel.
- Fox in Socks, Prince of Denmark. By
David Morgan-Mar.
- How the Gingrinch Stole Congress. By
The Capitol Steps.
- Spam-I-Am: A tribute to everyone's favorite email. Author unknown.
- The Rat in the Vat. By Stephanie Calabria. This is sick and a bit twisted...
- The Gradation of Socks. Author unknown.
- Green Egg on His Face. By Dale Connelly.
- Dr. Seuss vs Y2K. By
Jenine Stanley.
- Dr. Seuss: The Rest of the Story . By Mike Funk.
- Deconstructing Dr. Seuss. By Phil Frankenfeld, the Deacon of Deconstruction, the Sumo of Semiotics.
- Norse of Course. By Erika Milo. Egil's Seussian Saga.
- One Quark Two Quark Red Quark Blue Quark. By gaftee@gaftee.com. A very clever combination of physics and Seuss, on a t-shirt no-less.
I've already got mine.
- Gore-I-Am. A look at the 2000 election, in Seussian style. Author unknown (if you wrote it, let me know).
- How the Grinch Stole the Election. As presented by Bill Maher on Politically Incorrect.
- How the Schnook Stole How the Grinch Stole Christmas. The style is spot on, and the story is excellent. Author John O'Brien.
- A Rail Roader's Ode to the Grinch. Author S. G. Palmer.
- How Al Sore Stole the Election. Author Nancy Renko.
